Terms and Conditions![]() Pricing:Prices are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to prepare our marketing materials and web site as accurately as possible, manufacturers may go up or down after publication and pricing will adjust accordingly. Used Items:Used items are sold "AS IS". Fixture Liquidators purchases store fixtures nationally and these fixtures are meticulously inspected before resale. Every effort is made to get the best quality used fixtures to our customers. Items are used however, and no claims are made that these items will be totally free from defect. Customer understands that used items are as described, "USED". Shipping:The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All shipments are shipped FOB from all locations. Fixture Liquidators does not set or control freight rates. We try to ship the most economical way, usually UPS or Federal Express Ground. When orders exceed UPS and Fed Ex Ground limits on size or weight we then ship motor freight or common carrier (which is prepaid and added to the invoice). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or Fed Ex. Sorry we do not use parcel post or bus as a method of transport. Payment Terms:We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express®, cashier's check, money order or wire transfer. We do not ship COD. Returns:We can not accept returns without prior authorization from our customer service department.
Damaged Merchandise:All damaged merchandise must be reported within 15 days of receipt (carriers will not honor claim after 15 days). Also, if merchandise is received via UPS or Fed Ex, call Fixture Liquidators immediately to report damage. Please DO NOT return merchandise yourself. Keep original carton and all packing materials. If merchandise is received via motor freight, note damaged on both the drivers copy and your copy and have the driver sign both copies. This allows you to file a claim with the carrier immediately. If concealed damages are found, keep the carton and call the carrier for an inspection report. If we can be of any service to help file claims call our customer service. Do not refuse or return damaged goods to Fixture Liquidators. Handling Charges:We will gladly fill any size order. All orders less than $25.00 will be subject to a $3.00 handling fee. There is a $2.00 handling fee per box on all UPS and Fed Ex shipments. |
